history
- Moonpaw was born in ThunderClan to Flickfoot, her father, and Ashtail, her mother, with two brothers named Goosepaw and Thrushpaw.
- From the very start, she was interested in helping other cats, not with tooth and claw, but herbs and berries. She wanted to be a medicine cat.
- Every chance she got, Moonpaw would be in the medicine den helping with whatever she could, and would often help with apprentice duties such as looking after the elders, even as a kit.
- Because she was born in leaf-fall, it wasn't long before it was leaf-bare. She knew that with leaf-bare came sickness. Moonpaw was one of the first of few cats to fall ill to greencough, and being so young, it was a struggle for her. Despite the help that catmint would have offered, she refused until the other cats had been treated. Her parents and brothers insisted she take the catmint, but she just turned away until the others were okay, only then did she allow herself to be treated.
- It wasn't long before the illness vanished and all was normal once more. Toward the end of leafbare, she was given the name Moonpaw and became a medicine cat apprentice. She was eager to learn as much as she could.
